Every Saturday and Sunday from 10am-2pm, our place is the perfect spot to bring your family and friends for a bite to eat.     Stitch and Bitch Knitting Circle

    Holy Knit Batman! It’s the Southern Cross Knitting Circle! Come join in—from beginners to experienced knitters. Now you can wile away the evening hours, stitch and b*tch or flip the script and give Grandma a cardie next Christmas. Everyone welcome, young or old, blokes or ladies. Just bring down some wool and needles. Hosted by the lovely Katharine from 2 Minute Needles, there’ll always be someone there to show you some tricks and teach you the bits and bobs of knitting.     Welcome to the Southern Cross Outdoor Movie Night! Every month, we screen a different cult classic movie on the big screen projector in our Garden Bar. It’s free, it’s themed, and there’s always hot drinks, popcorn, blankets, hotties, and movie snacks at the ready.     Tribal Belly Dance Fundamentals

    Tribal Belly Dance is a modern form of belly dance with an emphasis on dancing together as a group. Tribal has a powerful, grounded and earthy aesthetic in both it’s movement vocabulary and adornments. Suitable for all ages and abilities. This is a fundamentals class so new dancers are welcome at anytime.     Rhythm and Rhymes

    A weekly half-hour programme of songs, rhymes and fingerplays especially for children aged 0-2 years and their parent/caregiver. Building a foundation for literacy starts as soon as a child is born, and every story, song, rhyme or fingerplay strengthens that foundation. Help your child get a head start by joining other parents, caregivers and their little ones for companionship, fun and interaction.
