Think school camp for adults, with fitness activities and workshops, adventure, fun and friendships, bushwalking, kayaking and rock climbing! Don’t be scared, our weekends are tailored to everyone, they have a balance of relaxation and activity.
This weekend will have you out of your comfort zone and discovering new passions, interests, and capabilities you didn’t know you had! This will all be mixed with health workshops and optional massages.
Make this your time for adventure and spend a weekend feeling healthy, active and connected.
We will be staying at Phoenix Park Ballan, which is a cozy, self-contained accommodation, with plenty of communal space to spread out and enjoy some downtime. Comfortable, clean shared rooms, with a mix of bunks, single and queen beds.
Schedule at a glance
Day 1 – Arrive at Phoenix Park in time for a delicious homemade dinner, followed by some icebreaker games to get to know your fellow adventurers!
Day 2. Start the day with Commando Bootcamp to get your blood pumping and work up an appetite for breakfast. In groups we will head out for some Kayaking and Bush Activities, followed by a healthy lunch. Join in for a HIIT or Yoga Session before enjoying some downtime, where you can book in for a massage and really relax. Attend a health workshop before dinner and finish the day with some karaoke with your new friends!
Day 3 – Get moving with another Commando Bootcamp followed by breakfast and a stunning gorge walk (Grade 3-4). If you’re looking to take your adventure to the next level, Rock climbing is an option instead of the walk.
