Family Cheese Making On The Sunshine Coast
Family fun with Permaculture realfood is about teaching healthy eating habits and hands on home food production for the family and kids with Elisabeth Fekonia.
A 2 hour class on how to make haloumie cheese, a soft yoghurt cheese, sourdough wrap and a natural probiotic softdrink.
Lots of hands on simple instructions on how to make these things (with a little adult supervision) to create a healthy scrumptious lunch that any child will love.
When the cheese and the wraps are made, all children will prepare their lunch by gathering salad ingredients for their wraps to be enjoyed with a fizzy fruity probiotic drink.
Good food never tasted this good!
