    Living Legends (Greenvale)

    Living Legends has been established to bring retired champion racehorses back to the public. Come visit the champion Living Legends racehorses down in their paddocks on daily guided tours at 11.00 am and 2.00 pm each day. Rub noses with these legends of the racing turf. We’re only 6 minutes from Melbourne Airport. Book today on (03) 9307 1165. We do local pick-up and drop offs. So if you’re at Melbourne Airport and want to come and visit Living Legends, give us a call and we’ll come and get you. Then after your visit, we’ll drop you back to the airport!     Butterfly Creek

    Welcome and immerse yourself in our tropical butterfly house or travel back in time in Dinosaur Kingdom when dinosaurs ruled. Meet Scar and Goldie, NZ’s only salt water crocodiles. We have farm animals, alligators, bugs, monkeys, a beautiful bird aviary plus check out our latest exhibit Kiwi Forest.  Sit down for home-made food in our café, ride our train or relax in the free playground. We offer kids birthday parties, functions and catering. Plus we’re a fun educational day out for schools and ECE’s. Our Story Butterfly Creek is a privately owned NZ business and is managed by the married team of John Dowsett and Fiona Turner (who says husband and wife can’t work successfully together!). The first stage of Butterfly Creek opened in late 2003 and development has continued at a great pace since then. There is nothing like Butterfly Creek in NZ where visitors can experience a huge range of attractions from zoo exhibits to fun attractions including a train, playground and café. Our Brands In 2012 John and Fiona also opened Rocket Ropes, a fantastic high ropes park.  Situated right next door to Butterfly Creek, it is a great day out whether you want to climb or head next door to Butterfly Creek to see the attractions or pop into our café for a bite to eat. In 2013 they then opened the best paintball facility in Australasia – Lock N Load Adventures.  A short walk from Butterfly Creek, Lock N Load Adventures offers fun for kids and adults.
