Yoga Sparks offers yoga classes to children (ages 2 to 18) and families of all backgrounds and abilities. Yoga Sparks wholeheartedly believes that yoga has a vital role to play in promoting physical, social and emotional wellbeing. Our aim is to spark health, happiness and heart! Children learn best when they are enjoying themselves. Yoga Sparks classes combine yoga postures with music, dance, stories, partner/group work and games and include exercises focusing on breath, visualization, relaxation and meditation. There is a balance between structure and spontaneity, excitement and calm.
